Yes, it’s a safe company. Friendly staff answered any questions I had. It has been a pleasure talking with them. The doll has just a couple of minor blemishes visually, there’s a little bit of discoloration on her lips. But overall it’s nothing to really be concerned with. I tell myself it just makes her unique and even if somebody ordered the same doll with the same design choices (of which they offer many). She would still be my unique girl.
